El Dorado 15 year old Demerara rum, launched by Demerara Distillers in 1992. The current 15 year old is a blend of different aged Demerara rums, the youngest being 15 years old and some as old as 25 years. Four stills are used in its production: the Enmore and Diamond coffey stills, and the Port Mourant and Versailles pot stills. All of the rum used in the blend has been matured in bourbon casks. Boxed.
