A 21-year-old rum from the Demerara distillery, presented as its flagship bottling.
It is a very old and complex rum, with a strong nose of dark fruits, orange and figs, caramel with plenty of vanilla. On the palate it is intense, with a wonderful sweetness and plenty of caramel, followed by dark fruits and some chocolate.
The finish shows dreamlike oak with plenty of vanilla and chocolate.
