El Jimador Añejo is a tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco. It matures for 12 months in American oak barrels, giving a deep amber spirit with warmth and oak influence. Cooked agave, toasted oak, vanilla and warm baking spices appear on the nose. The palate is smooth and woody, with soft caramel, vanilla, gentle cinnamon and brown spice, alongside agave sweetness. The finish lingers with warm oak, subtle spice and gentle peppery warmth.
