El Mayor Blanco is a white spirit from the El Mayor distillery.
It is made using meticulous distillation techniques that emphasise the quality and essence of the raw material. Crystal clear, it has a fresh, clean aromatic bouquet with subtle floral notes, citrus and fresh fruit. On the palate it is soft and silky, with light vanilla, fresh fruit and a hint of sweet spice, ending in a long, pleasantly persistent finish.
It is suited to being served cold, neat or as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
