El Mayor Reposado is a tequila made from 100% blue agave grown in the plains of Jalisco, Mexico. It is aged for nine months in American white oak casks, giving it a light golden colour and a balanced profile. On the nose there are cooked agave, vanilla, cinnamon and clove. The palate brings caramel, honey and a touch of white pepper over smooth agave. The finish is long, with lingering vanilla and spice. It can be enjoyed neat or used as the base for sophisticated cocktails.
