El Tequileno Tequila Blanco is produced in Jalisco from blue agave grown in volcanic soils, with no ageing.
It shows clear citrus and vegetal aromas, with white pepper, fresh citrus, a pleasant herbal note and anise. Distillation in copper stills gives purity and softness, balanced by a lively, slightly spicy palate.
It can be enjoyed neat or over ice, and works in classic cocktails such as the Margarita, as well as with spicy Mexican dishes such as tacos and ceviche.
