Bonfire is a limited edition single malt from Elements of Islay, in a 70cl bottle. The name refers to the large bonfires that warm evenings on the island, and the whisky is smoky in character. The maturation was overseen by Elements of Islay. The nose offers burning peat, burnt wood and a hint of sea salt. On the palate the smoke merges with sweet peat, delicate spices and touches of dried fruit.
