Elements of Islay Cask Edit is a blended malt from Elixir Distillers, bottled at 46% ABV. The series draws on whiskies from active and some closed Islay distilleries, aiming to show the medicinal, peaty and maritime side of island malt.
This expression is matured in refill, bourbon and sherry casks. It joins intense, smoky single malt from the south coast of Islay with a fresher, fruitier style from the north of the island.
