Elements of Islay Sherry Cask is a single malt Scotch from Islay, matured in sherry casks. The sherry maturation sets dried fruit and sweet spice against the sharp peat of the island. The nose brings raisin, ripe cherry and touches of vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and enveloping, leaving a lingering impression of spice and light woodiness.
