A balanced Chardonnay from Alto Adige, bright straw yellow in colour. The nose offers white-fleshed fruit, citrus, light floral notes and a mineral hint. On the palate it is fresh, medium-bodied and lively, with a savoury texture that gives persistence without heaviness. The style is elegant and measured, suited to fish, shellfish, grilled vegetables and light pasta dishes, and also as an aperitif. Serve around 10-12 C in wide glasses.
