A Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige DOC by Elena Walch. It is straw yellow with greenish reflections, with aromas of ripe pear, renetta apple, white flower and citrus zest, plus a mineral hint and floral delicacy.
On the palate it is fresh and savoury, moderate in tone and balanced between acidity and body, with a clean, persistent finish. It suits seafood starters, raw fish, grilled fish, light risottos and fresh cheeses, and works well as an aperitif or with light summer dishes. Serve fresh, around 8-10 °C.
