A refined Pinot Nero from Alto Adige, showing a clear ruby colour. The nose opens with ripe red fruits, cherry and raspberry, accompanied by floral hints and a slightly earthy, spicy background. The palate is medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and soft tannins that give smoothness and grace. Versatile with white meats, light cured meats, mushrooms and fresh or medium-aged cheeses, or enjoyed on its own. Serve around 14-16 °C in wide glasses.
