Elijah Craig 18 Year sits alongside the 23 Year as one of the brand's high-aged bourbons, released each year by Heaven Hill.
The nose is warm and rich, with orange, chocolate, toasted oak, honey, vanilla and custard. The palate is medium-bodied, built on vanilla and oak with light brown sugar, caramel and a fruit-salad sweetness. The finish is dominated by heavy oak, with a lingering dankness.
