Elijah Craig 2025 Ryder Cup Limited Edition Small Batch Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon made to mark the 2025 Ryder Cup in New York. It is bottled at 47% ABV, or 94 proof, in a 750ml bottle.
Separate portions of Elijah Craig Small Batch were finished for eight weeks with toasted applewood and sugar-maple staves, then combined. The applewood nods to New York's Big Apple nickname, and sugar maple is the state's official tree.
The nose is rich maple syrup and apple pie. Maple sweetness, candy apple and caramel lead the palate, and the soft, warming finish brings chocolate, cocoa and pepper.
