Bottling at barrel strength preserves the concentration of the bourbon. It can be taken neat or with a few drops of water.
The nose brings deep caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and brown sugar, with dark fruit, cinnamon and baking spice. The palate is full-bodied, with caramel, vanilla, charred oak, dark fruit and toffee. The finish is long and warming, led by oak, with caramelised sweetness and spice.
