The mash bill is 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley.
The nose opens with herbal spice, clove, ginger and black tea, balanced by brown sugar, vanilla and orange extract. The palate is thick and viscous, with rye spice, cinnamon, black pepper, burnt toffee, tart berries and sweet toasted oak. The finish is long and warming, with white pepper, seasoned oak and a touch of sweet caramel.
