Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C925 is a 9 year old Kentucky bourbon, bottled uncut straight from the barrel and without chill filtering.
Every bottle in the range is labelled with its own proof, age and batch number, and this one comes from batch C925. The idea behind the bottling is to let drinkers enjoy Elijah Craig in much the same way its Master Distillers do when they sample straight from the barrel in the Kentucky rickhouses.
