Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C925 is the September 2025 release of this Kentucky bourbon, made at Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown. It is 9 years and 1 month old and bottled at 64.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It comes straight from the barrel with no water added, and is non-chill-filtered. The mash bill is Heaven Hill's classic 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. The notes describe brown sugar, toffee and vanilla on the nose, tart orange peel and dark cherries on the palate, and a long, full finish.
