Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C925 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, bottled uncut and non-chill filtered at 64.5%. It is the third release of 2025, and the batch code reads as C for third, 9 for September and 25 for the year.
The mash bill is 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley, matured in new charred American white oak for just over nine years.
The nose offers vanilla custard, brown sugar, baking spice and orange peel. The palate is caramel and toffee with spiced rye, charred oak, dark cherry and cocoa. The finish is long and warming, with leather, tobacco and roasted pecan.
