Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C925 is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by Heaven Hill. It was aged for more than nine years in charred new American oak and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 129 proof (64.5% ABV). It is a limited batch release.
The nose offers caramelised sugar, toasted oak, vanilla bean and a hint of dark chocolate. The palate starts with bold spice, followed by toffee, roasted nuts and dried fruits. The finish is long and warm, with oak and cinnamon spice.
