Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Rye is a Kentucky rye whisky, and this is batch A925, drawn from barrels aged 12 years and 3 months and released in September 2025. It is bottled at 108 proof (54%) without chill filtering.
In the glass it is a bright copper. The nose is baking spices layered with sweet molasses. The palate is complex and balanced, with stewed fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, and the finish is long and warm, with butterscotch and bold rye spice.
