This is a limited edition of Elijah Craig Small Batch bourbon made to mark the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black. It is bottled at 94 proof (47%) and was produced at Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.
The matured bourbon is finished with toasted sugar maple and applewood staves. Sugar maple is the state tree of New York, and applewood is a nod to The Big Apple. Elijah Craig is a Worldwide Supplier of the Ryder Cup.
The mash bill is 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley.
