Elijah Craig Single Barrel 21 Year Old is a Kentucky bourbon matured for more than two decades, in a 75cl bottle. It is a limited release that debuted on National Bourbon Day 2026.
The nose is toasted oak and leather with a backing of complex spices. On the palate come rich milk chocolate, toasted nuts and burnt caramel.
The finish opens with aged oak and molasses, then gives way to barrel char and peppery spice.
