Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle.
It builds on Elijah Craig's Straight Rye Whiskey, which is given more flavour by one extra step. After the rye has fully matured, it is moved into a second barrel, a new oak one that has been custom toasted. This finish adds a balanced layer of sweet oak complexity.
