Elvis The King Straight Rye Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Elvis The King is a straight rye whiskey with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, bottled at 45% in a 75cl bottle. It carries no age statement. The rye was distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, then blended and bottled in Tennessee, a nod to Elvis's home state. Grain & Barrel Spirits of Charleston, South Carolina produced it in partnership with Elvis Presley Enterprises, and it was launched in September 2021 as a tribute to Elvis's best-known nickname. The brand describes it as soft amber in the glass, with sweet rye grassiness, citrus, apple, toasted oak, butterscotch, vanilla wafers and a hint of pepper. The finish is sweet, complex and creamy.
