Ensō is a blended Japanese whisky, made by combining whiskies matured in American oak casks. After blending, it is aged further in Kiyokawa, in Kanagawa Prefecture. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The nose opens with caramel and vanilla, followed by fruity and floral aromas. The palate is spiced and lightly smoky, a character that makes it a good choice for cocktails.
