A beer from Erdinger with a clear, measured profile: bright malt reminiscent of bread and freshly toasted cereals, an underlying softness and a touch of sweetness that keeps the sip gentle. The carbonation is fine and lively, cleansing the palate and supporting drinkability; the body is medium, the bitterness contained and well calibrated, so the finish is dry but not sharp.
