A Gewürztraminer DOC from Alto Adige by Erste+Neue.
The bouquet recalls floral and fruity notes, with hints of rose, lychee and spicy undertones. The colour is bright straw yellow, while the nose is clear and balanced. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with aromatic matter supported by freshness, and a fragrant rather than intense persistence.
It pairs well with flavourful fish dishes, delicate white meats and fresh cheeses, and can also be served as a meditation wine.
