Erste+Neue Müller Thurgau Alto Adige DOC

A fresh, linear white wine expressing Müller Thurgau grown in the Alto Adige DOC denomination. It is pale straw in colour. The nose offers delicate white flowers, green apple and a light herbal nuance. The structure is slender, with lively acidity supporting the sip without heaviness, and the finish is clean with fruity returns. It pairs well with light starters, salads, lightly flavoured fish dishes, fresh cheeses, delicate Asian dishes and light vegetable preparations.
