A Kalterersee Alto Adige DOC from Erste+Neue, with a bright ruby colour and medium-intensity aromas. The nose brings ripe red fruits, light floral notes and delicate spice. The structure is slender, with moderate tannins and balanced acidity. The palate is fresh and smooth, with a clean, persistent finish. Serve slightly cool, around 14-16 °C. It suits everyday drinking with cured meats, fresh cheeses, light meats, tomato-based dishes, pizza, pasta with sauce and simple risottos.
