A Pinot Nero Riserva from Erste+Neue, with a medium ruby colour that may tend towards garnet with age. The nose is elegant, with mature small red fruits, delicate floral notes and slight spice. On the palate it has defined but soft tannins, acidity that supports the tasting and a harmonious progression to a finish of good persistence. It suits light meats, selected cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, and can be served slightly cool, around 16-18 C.
