A white wine from Erste+Neue, focused on aromatic clarity and freshness. It shows ripe citrus, green apple, white flowers and a discreet mineral note. On the palate it has vibrant acidity, a slender structure and clean aromatic returns. It pairs with fish, shellfish, marinated dishes, vegetables and fresh cheeses, as well as savoury starters and delicate white meats. Serve cold, at around 8-10 C. It can be enjoyed young but also offers satisfaction after a few years in bottle.
