An Etna Rosso Riserva DOC from Davide Fregonese, with an elegant and vertical character typical of wines from the slopes of Etna. It shows mature red fruit, floral notes, a light balsamic note and a pleasant mineral nuance on the nose. On the palate it is savoury, with fine tannins, lively acidity and a balanced texture that gives persistence without being oppressive. It suits roast or braised meat, game birds, ragù pasta, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes and grilled vegetables. Serve around 16-18 °C and let it breathe briefly in a decanter or glass.
