Etrusco Bianco Vermouth Tenuta Fertuna (75cl)

Etrusco Bianco is a white vermouth from Tenuta Fertuna in Tuscany. It is made from a selection of local white wines infused with herbs, spices and other botanicals, following an old recipe handed down through the generations. In the glass it is a bright straw yellow. The nose opens with orange and lemon, then vanilla and spices such as cinnamon and cardamom, with rosemary and sage adding freshness. On the palate the sweetness of citrus sits against the bitterness of the herbs, with a velvety texture and a long, lingering finish. Serve it cold as an aperitif, perhaps with a twist of lemon or an olive, or use it in cocktails where it adds character without overwhelming the other ingredients.
