Etsu Gin (pack of 2) (70cl)

A Japanese gin from Hokkaido, presented in an elegant box. It is clear and bright. On the nose there are delicate notes of yellow flowers and citrus, followed by a sweet hint of melon and liquorice root. Botanicals include yuzu leaf and green tea. On the palate it is soft but complex, with a sweet entry that quickly becomes fresh and slightly spicy from sansho pepper. The finish is clean and refreshing.
