Evan Williams 2015 Single Barrel Vintage is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, in a 750ml bottle at 43.3% ABV. The barrels were filled in 2015 and bottled in 2024, after roughly nine years in new charred American oak. Each bottle shows the vintage, the bottling date and the serial number of its barrel.
The mash bill is 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye. As a single-barrel release, each barrel differs a little.
Heaven Hill describes dark caramel, sweet oak and charred wood on the nose, a lush and spicy palate of oak with honey, apple and orange, and a long, graceful, relaxed finish.
