Evan Williams Apple is a flavoured bourbon from Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky, bottled at 35% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Kentucky straight bourbon is blended with natural green apple flavour. It belongs to the Evan Williams Flavors line.
The base bourbon uses the brand's standard mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley, distilled in column stills.
The nose is crisp green apple with warm bourbon behind it. The palate is juicy and apple-led, with caramel and light baking spice emerging. The finish is medium, with green apple, a smooth bourbon warmth and a trace of vanilla.
