Evan Williams Bottled in Bond is a 100 proof Kentucky straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle at 50% ABV. It follows the standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897 and is aged for at least four years in new, charred oak barrels.
The mash bill combines corn, rye and malted barley.
The nose shows caramelised sugar, toasted nuts and a gentle warmth, while the palate brings caramel, vanilla and oak.
