Evan Williams Cherry is a cherry-flavoured whiskey built on a Kentucky straight bourbon base, bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It pairs sweet maraschino cherry with the bourbon, and is pale amber in the glass.
The nose offers cherry tarts, vanilla and ground almond. On the palate there is plum and cherry sweetness followed by smooth caramel, and the finish is juicy and fruity with soft spices.
