Evan Williams Green Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is distilled in Louisville and bottled in Bardstown.
The mash bill is 78% corn, 12% rye and 10% malted barley. The bourbon is aged for a minimum of four years, charcoal-filtered and made with a #3 char level.
It is a light to medium amber. The nose offers caramel, vanilla, sweet corn and light oak, the palate toasty cereal, oak charcoal and a touch of syrupy sweetness, and the soft finish of medium length brings toasted oak, cinnamon and cherry.
