Evan Williams Honey is a flavoured bourbon from the Evan Williams brand, made by combining Straight Kentucky Bourbon with real, natural honey. The result sets the smoothness of the bourbon beside the sweetness of the honey.
On the palate it is described as sweet honey and allspice with vanilla and a hint of smoke. The finish is long and slightly spicy.
