Evan Williams Honey Whiskey Liqueur (75cl, 32.5%)

Evan Williams Honey is a whiskey liqueur from Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky, bottled at 32.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is Kentucky straight bourbon blended with natural honey liqueur, so it is a flavoured whiskey rather than a straight bourbon. It is pale golden straw in colour. The brand serves it neat, on the rocks or mixed with iced tea. The nose is citrus with hints of honey. The palate is sweet honey, allspice and vanilla with light smoke, and the finish is long and slightly spicy.
