A honey-flavoured whiskey from Evan Williams, made by blending Kentucky bourbon with natural honey. It is bottled at 35% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The colour is pale golden straw. It is suggested chilled, on the rocks or in cocktails.
The nose combines citrus, whiskey and hints of honey. On the palate, sweet honey and allspice sit over vanilla and a hint of smoke, and the finish is long and slightly spicy, with the bourbon clearly present.
