Ex Voto Gin Premium Affumicato (70cl)

Ex Voto Gin Premium Affumicato is a gin from Theriaca Veneta with an aromatic profile centred on delicate smoke, balanced by herbal and citrus elements. On the nose there are subtle resin and peel notes, integrated with a slightly spicy finish; the structure is clean but not intrusive, with well-balanced alcohol supporting the smoky character. On the palate it is clean, with aromatic returns of herbs and a contained bitter touch, giving a linear and controlled sip. It can be enjoyed neat at room temperature or slightly chilled, or used in cocktails where smoke can enhance citrus, dry vermouth and moderate bitters. It also suits pairings with smoked fish, savoury meats or aged cheeses, provided dosages keep the overall profile balanced.
