Ezra Brooks 99 Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 99 proof (49.5%). It is aged in oak barrels and filtered through charcoal.
The mash bill is spicy and rye-influenced, and the 99 proof strength is chosen for a fuller flavour profile. The bourbon is smooth and drinkable, with hints of caramel, vanilla, chocolate and spice, and the finish is smooth and mellow.
