This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Ezra Brooks Distiller's Collection, hand selected by San Diego Barrel Boys on 13 January 2022 and bottled at 107 proof (53.5%).
In the glass the bourbon is golden amber. Oak and black pepper lead on the nose, while the palate brings overtones of cinnamon, caramel and vanilla, which together make up its flavour profile.
