Famille Ricci 7ème Symphonie is an agricole rum blended from rum of Marie Galante, aged one year, and rum of Barbados, a Foursquare aged four years.
The blend is matured in casks of acacia, French oak and American oak, as well as mahogany. It is an easygoing rum with notes of coconut and vanilla, woody and lightly citrus.
