Famoso Rubicone IGT is a white wine from I Muretti in Emilia-Romagna, made mainly from the native Famoso grape.
It is bright, clear straw yellow. The nose offers fresh fruit such as peach and apricot, followed by acacia and wisteria. On the palate it is balanced, with pleasant acidity and a fresh, easy-drinking character, finishing with persistent fresh fruit and light minerality. Serve around 8-10°C with fish or seafood.
