This is an 11-year-old Danish single malt from Fary Lochan, bottled at 51.5% in a 50cl bottle.
The malt was smoked with nettles, which comes through in the whisky. It was filled into a first-fill bourbon cask on 28 September 2013 and bottled on 10 October 2024, with 290 bottles produced.
The nose offers fudge and marzipan, ripe fruit, pears and vanilla, with light nettle smoke. The palate brings plenty of salt, oil and fruit, again with light nettle smoke.
