This is an 11 year old whisky from Fary Lochan, bottled at 58.7% ABV in a 50cl bottle. It was distilled on 24 December 2012 and bottled on 15 March 2024, with 164 bottles filled.
It spent its first years in a second fill bourbon quarter cask. On 22 August 2022 it was moved into a second fill PX sherry quarter cask, where it stayed until bottling. It is unpeated.
The palate brings dry, prickly alcohol, raisins, English liquorice and brown sugar, followed by a long, intense finish.
